Why transactions get stuck, and how we avoid it
Most applications do not fail at submission. They stall before it: a marriage certificate that was never attested, a birth certificate without a certified Arabic translation, or a name spelled differently from the passport. The file comes back and you start again.
Family sponsorship is the clearest example. It usually needs the marriage certificate and the children’s birth certificates attested, and translated into Arabic where required, before the application can even be filed.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to come to the office?
For most transactions, no. Send the documents on WhatsApp or email, and we only ask for originals when the authority requires them. Steps that need you in person, such as the medical test and biometrics, we book for you.
