A legal translation office in Dubai, approved by the Ministry of Justice
Mundo started in 2011 as a translation project and became a licensed office in Dubai. We work on documents that have to be accepted somewhere — a court, a ministry, an embassy, a bank — which is a narrower job than translation in general, and a stricter one.
What our licence covers
All four activities on our Dubai Economy and Tourism professional licence are active, which is why translation, attestation and transaction follow-up can be handled by the same office rather than sub-contracted out.

How we work
Quoted per case, not from a price list
A two-page certificate and a forty-page contract with tables are different jobs. Send the document on WhatsApp and the cost and turnaround come back within 15 minutes, before any work starts.
Checked by a second person before it leaves
Arabic–English legal translation is done by our own translators and checked by a second person before it leaves the office. For other languages we work with translators we have used before, and nothing leaves the office without a human check.
Delivered stamped online
Most documents can be returned stamped the same day without anyone coming to the office. Hard copies when the receiving authority requires originals.
Confidential by default
Most of what passes through this office is contractual, commercial or personal. Documents are not shared with third parties and are not fed into public tools.

What we do not claim
Plenty of translation websites promise a hundred languages and a thousand translators. We would rather be accurate about this, because you are going to hold us to it.
Arabic and English are handled in-house and are the bulk of our work. French, Russian, Turkish, Portuguese, Georgian, Kyrgyz, Italian, Spanish, German and others are handled through translators we have worked with and checked, and we will tell you plainly if a language or a deadline is not something we can do well. We also will not promise a delivery date we expect to miss — the realistic date is the one you get.
Visiting us
The office is in Mai Tower, Al Nahda 1, on the Dubai side of the Al Nahda border, a short walk from Stadium Metro. Most clients never need to come in — documents go back and forth on WhatsApp and are delivered stamped online — but you are welcome if you would rather hand something over in person.
