These are not quality tiers. They are different products, and picking the wrong one causes problems later.

Verbatim

Every word exactly as spoken, including hesitations, repetitions, interruptions and pauses. This is the level legal work needs — editing a recording that will be relied on as evidence changes it.

Intelligent

Filler words and false starts removed, grammar lightly corrected. Suitable for meeting minutes, interviews and internal records.

Edited

Restructured into clean readable prose. For publication, reports and marketing, where readability matters more than exactness.

Human transcription, reviewed. Automatic speech tools still fail badly on Gulf and Egyptian dialect, on crosstalk, and on poor phone recordings — which is most of what arrives here. Every transcript is produced and checked by a person, and recordings are treated as confidentially as documents.

Frequently asked questions

Can you transcribe Arabic dialects?
Yes. Gulf and Egyptian dialect are the most common, and both are handled by people rather than software. Tell us the dialect when you send the file so we assign the right person.
Can the transcript be certified for court?
Yes. We are a legal translation office approved by the UAE Ministry of Justice, so a transcript and its translation can be certified and stamped for submission. Ask for verbatim level in that case.
How is it priced?
By the duration of the recording, with the audio quality and number of speakers taken into account. Send the file or tell us its length on WhatsApp and the figure comes back within 15 minutes.
What if the audio quality is poor?
Send it anyway. We will listen to a sample first and tell you honestly what is recoverable and what is not, before quoting, rather than delivering a transcript full of gaps.
