Memorandum of Association and company documents, translated for UAE authorities
Setting up a company, adding a partner, opening a corporate bank account or renewing a trade licence in Dubai all mean submitting company documents in Arabic. Documents issued abroad, such as a parent company’s certificate of incorporation or a board resolution, need a certified Arabic translation, and usually attestation as well.
Mundo is a legal translation office approved by the UAE Ministry of Justice. Company documents are translated by Ahmed Muhammad Sabar, a legal translator registered with the Ministry of Justice since 2008 (registration no. 302), and every translation carries the Ministry of Justice stamp.

Each authority has its own requirements. Tell us where the document is going and we confirm what that authority needs before you commit to anything.
Documents from a parent company abroad
When a foreign company sets up a branch or a subsidiary in the UAE, its documents from home, such as the certificate of incorporation, the articles and the board resolution approving the UAE entity, usually have to be attested in the country of issue and by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs before the Arabic translation is accepted. We tell you the route before you start and handle the attestation stages in the UAE as well as the translation. See our document attestation page.
Accuracy in names, numbers and clauses
Company documents leave no room for error. Company names, partner names, share percentages, capital figures, dates and licence numbers are carried over exactly as they appear in the original, and clause numbering and tables are kept so the translation can be checked against the source page by page. Within a file, the same term is translated the same way in every document.
We handle client documents confidentially and can sign a non-disclosure agreement if your company requires one.
Large files and ongoing work
We take on large files, such as several years of financial statements or a full contract archive, and handle them as one job with consistent terminology. For urgent work we can usually complete 20 to 30 pages in one working day. If your company needs translation regularly, a corporate account gives you one monthly invoice and priority delivery.
How it works
- Send us the documents. PDF, Word, Excel or scans, on WhatsApp or by email.
- Tell us where they are going. The receiving authority decides whether attestation is also needed.
- We confirm the cost and the delivery date. A fixed quote before anything begins, and a tax invoice for your company.
- We translate, review and stamp. Names, figures and dates are checked against the original.
- You receive the stamped translation. As a stamped PDF ready to submit, an editable copy, or a printed copy.
Frequently asked questions
Will the Department of Economy and Tourism and the free zones accept your translation?
Yes. Our translations are made by a legal translator licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice and carry the Ministry of Justice stamp, which is what UAE licensing authorities, banks and the Notary Public ask for. Tell us the authority and we confirm its requirements before you order.
Can you translate an MOA from Arabic into English?
Yes. We translate in both directions. An English translation of an Arabic MOA is often needed for foreign partners, investors, auditors and banks outside the UAE.
Our parent company’s documents were issued abroad. What do we need?
Usually attestation in the country of issue, attestation by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then a certified Arabic translation. Send us the documents and the authority they are going to, and we tell you the exact route.
Do you keep the tables in financial statements?
Yes. Tables, clause numbering and figures are kept exactly as they appear in the original document.
Do you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, we issue a tax invoice for every company transaction.
