Medical reports translated accurately, for insurers, courts and doctors
Medical reports are translated for insurance claims, court cases, treatment abroad, employers and schools. The reader is usually a doctor, an insurer or a judge, so the translation has to use the correct medical terms and carry every value exactly as it appears in the original.
Mundo is a legal translation office approved by the UAE Ministry of Justice. Medical documents are translated by Ahmed Muhammad Sabar, a legal translator registered with the Ministry of Justice since 2008 (registration no. 302), and every translation carries the Ministry of Justice stamp.

Medical terminology, not plain language
We translate the medical term the doctor used, not a simplified explanation of it. Lab values, units, reference ranges, dosages and dates are carried over exactly as in the original, and standard medical abbreviations are kept so a doctor reading the translation recognises them.
Where medical translations are used
- Insurance: claims and reimbursements for treatment in another country
- Courts: injury, compensation and medical negligence cases
- Treatment abroad: sharing your history with a new doctor or hospital
- Employers and schools: sick leave, fitness and vaccination records
If the report is going to a court, see our court document translation page.
Handwritten notes and unclear text
We translate everything that can be read. If a handwritten note or a printed value is not legible, we tell you which part before delivery so you can ask the hospital for a clearer copy, rather than guessing a medical detail.
Medical documents are handled confidentially.
How it works
- Send us the document. A clear photograph or scan on WhatsApp or by email is enough to start.
- Tell us where it is going. The receiving authority decides whether attestation is also needed.
- We confirm the cost and the delivery date. A fixed quote and a realistic date before anything begins.
- We translate, review and stamp. Names, numbers and dates are checked against the original.
- You collect, or we send it. The stamped translation is ready to submit.
Frequently asked questions
Will an insurer or a court accept your translation?
Our translations are made by a legal translator licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice and carry the Ministry of Justice stamp, which is what UAE courts require. Insurers set their own rules, so tell us which insurer the report is going to and we confirm what it asks for.
Do you keep the lab values and units?
Yes. Values, units, reference ranges, dosages and dates are kept exactly as they appear in the original.
Can you translate handwritten medical notes?
Yes, everything that can be read. If any part is not legible, we tell you before delivery so you can ask for a clearer copy.
How long does it take?
A short report or a set of lab results can often be ready the same day. Longer hospital files take longer, and we confirm the date before we start.
Which languages do you cover?
Arabic and English in-house, plus other languages through translators we have worked with. Tell us the language pair and where the report is going.
