Interpretation Services in Dubai

Meeting room set for an interpreted meeting, with notebooks and a city view — interpretation services in Dubai

Interpreters for the moments where the words have to be exact

A notary will not register a deed if the signatory did not understand it. A hearing stalls when a witness cannot follow the question. We provide Arabic and English interpreters for those settings, and other languages on request with notice.

Tell us the date, the setting and the language pair on WhatsApp, and we confirm availability and cost within 15 minutes.

Where we interpret

Notary and government offices

Powers of attorney, company documents and personal status matters, where the notary requires the signatory to understand the Arabic text being signed.

Courts and legal meetings

Hearings, witness statements, client meetings at a law firm, and settlement discussions where the record has to be accurate.

Business meetings and conferences

Negotiations, board meetings, training sessions and conference sessions, on site in Dubai or remotely.

By phone and online

For short calls and remote meetings, an interpreter can join by phone or video without anyone travelling.

Modes of interpretation

The right mode depends on the setting, not on preference. We advise which one fits before you book.

Consecutive

The speaker pauses every few sentences and the interpreter repeats them. The standard mode for notary appointments, meetings and most hearings.

Simultaneous

The interpreter renders the speech in real time without pauses. Used at conferences and formal proceedings; usually needs equipment and two interpreters.

Whispered

Simultaneous interpreting delivered quietly to one or two listeners, without interrupting the room.

Sight translation

The interpreter reads a written document aloud in the other language — common when a document is produced during a meeting or at the notary counter.

How booking works

1

Tell us the setting

Date, time, location, language pair and subject matter. The subject matter matters as much as the language — a construction arbitration and a family matter need different people.

2

We confirm and quote

Availability and cost come back within 15 minutes on WhatsApp. Interpretation is quoted by session, not by page.

3

Documents prepared in advance

If documents will be read or signed, send them ahead. An interpreter who has seen the contract performs better than one seeing it for the first time in the room.

Notary appointments usually need both an interpreter in the room and a certified translation of the document itself. We can handle both from the same office — see certified translation.

Frequently asked questions

How much notice do you need?
For Arabic and English in Dubai, often the same day or next day. Other languages, conference work and anything requiring equipment need more notice — tell us the date as early as you can and we will say straight away whether it is possible.
Do you interpret at the notary public?
Yes. This is one of the most common requests we handle, together with the certified translation of the document being signed.
What does it cost?
Interpretation is quoted per session, based on the setting, duration and language pair rather than a published hourly rate. Send the details on WhatsApp and the figure comes back within 15 minutes.
Can the interpreter join remotely?
Yes, by phone or video for meetings and calls. Notary and court settings usually require attendance in person.
