What you can offer your customers
Through Mundo, your counter can offer certified translation of personal, legal and company documents, document attestation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies, and PRO and visa services. Arabic and English are translated in-house; other languages are handled through translators we have worked with and checked.
Arabic and English translations carry the Ministry of Justice stamp and are accepted by Dubai Courts, the Notary Public and government departments across the UAE. Tell us which authority a document is going to and we confirm what it needs before your customer pays.

Who can join the partner programme?
Typing centres, print shops, business service centres and PRO offices in the UAE whose customers need certified translation or attestation.
Do partners earn a commission or get partner prices?
Either, depending on how your business works. Some partners prefer a commission on each customer they refer; others prefer partner prices and charge their customers themselves. We agree the arrangement with each partner when they join.
Are partner prices always lower?
Yes. Partners always get preferential prices compared with our standard rates, on every job they send.
Which documents can my customers send?
Personal documents such as certificates, licences and police clearances, and legal and company documents such as contracts, powers of attorney, MOAs and court papers. Attestation and PRO services are available as well.
Does my customer need to visit your office?
Usually not. A clear photo or scan sent on WhatsApp is enough to start, and most documents can be delivered stamped online the same day. Originals are only needed when the receiving authority asks for them.
Will the authorities accept the translation?
Our translations are made by a legal translator licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice and carry the Ministry of Justice stamp, which is what UAE courts, the Notary Public and government departments ask for.
